1. What We Collect

The LiveKit extension operates strictly as a distributed data pipeline and only activates on authorized broadcast URLs. We exclusively parse public DOM text (Concurrent Viewership) and public native platform APIs. We unequivocally do not collect, read, or store session cookies, passwords, keystrokes, personal identifiable information (PII), or cross-site browsing history.

2. How We Use Data

Telemetry is used solely to power campaign dashboards, retention charts, and sponsor reports for the authorized agency and creator.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Telemetry is shared exclusively with the entity authorized by the creator's Sync Code, plus infrastructure subprocessors (e.g., hosting, database) under contractual safeguards.

4. Retention & Security

Stream telemetry is retained for active campaign reporting and deleted or anonymized on request. We apply industry-standard access controls and cryptographic hashing (HMAC-SHA256) in transit.

5. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising out of data privacy disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
